Unity Coffee morning - 14th November
We had a fantastic morning at unity Cafe in Rushden with the adult learners who had made loads of delicious cakes for us. Our visitors, including the Mayor and Mayoress of Rushden, were able to sample the cakes and some bought the breakfasts that the cafe cooks daily - just £3 for a huge plateful; what a bargain! We were selling our Christmas cards and running a raffle. If you are in Rushden, pop in and support this cafe - lovely people and great value food.

25th Anniversary Service of Thanksgiving - St Barnabas, Church, Wellingborough 19.1.14

Attended by local MP, Peter Bone, mayors from the towns and villages, ex-committee members and supporters old and new, it was an opportunity to reflect on the fundraising work we do, to remember those we have lost and to give thanks for those who have had successful cancer treatment.
